In this 55 minute session we begin by assessing your boney alignment and current physical needs and goals.

I will guide you through an intelligent workout made just for you. Emphasis will be placed on alignment, proper muscular engagement and biomechanics.

All Zoom sessions will use any props that you have in your home such as towels or therabands, overballs, free weights, foam rollers and more to maximize your hour work out.

Dont have any props? No problem. All you need is your mat and a safe space to practice for the hour.

Emphasis will be placed on your alignment, proper muscular engagement and biomechanics.

All studio sessions are held at Core Dynamic Pilates in Santa Fe NM.
